More 28mm Warlord Romans

I'm slowly adding to the order of Warlord Games' 28mm Imperial Roman Legionaries that I'm doing for a collector, and wanted to post an update picture on the unit. This is approximately 2/3 of the unit, and then it will be followed by some praetorians. So, more to follow!

  2. Well done. Like the way you posed the centurion - very 'historically accurate'. :-)

  3. Love the shading James. What do you use? Minwax? Floorwax? What?

    1. Hi Vol,

All of the washes on the figures are from Games Workshop's Citadel Colors. The armor is painted with Mithril Silver, and then washed with Citadel's Badab Black wash. The tunics were washed with Ogrynne Flesh, in between the base coating and highlighting. Sandals were washed with Agrax Earthshade before drybrushing.
Oh wait, I lied about only using Citadel washes, I also used Army Painter Strong Tone in some places. Hope that helps!
